Play As Over 60 Characters from The Story in Red Light Raid in Yakuza 0 Director's Cut!

SEGA has revealed more information about the all-new Red Light Raid mode in Yakuza 0 Director's Cut, which releases on Nintendo Switch™ 2.

Red Light Raid is an action-packed mode that allows you to take on Challenge Missions with friends and players across the world. In this mode, pick from over 60 fighters and tear through hordes of enemies. Once you arrive at the final stage, you'll have to defeat the boss to clear the mission! Red Light Raid is available at the start of the game, so jump in and give it a try!cies.

Battle Online or Offline in Three Different Modes

There are three ways to play Red Light Raid: Raid Online, Raid with Friends, and Raid Solo. In Raid Online, band together with players around the globe for an exciting online experience. Raid with Friends lets you team up with your buddies; synchronize your attacks and take out the opposition.

If you'd like to play at your own pace, Red Light Raid can also be enjoyed as an offline single-player experience by selecting Raid Solo. Helpful CPU allies will fight by your side as you tackle each mission!

Join Raids as One Of 60 Playable Fighters

One of the most exciting parts of Red Light Raid is its massive 60-character roster! Step into the fray as Kiryu, Majima, or even as one of their adversaries—Daisaku Kuze, Hiroki Awano, Keiji Shibusawa, Homare Nishitani, and more! Coliseum competitors as well as substory characters will also be joining the fight!

The money you earn from battles and completing specific objectives can be used to unlock new characters. Assemble your favorites, master their moves, and unleash mayhem in Red Light Raid!

Each character possesses a unique fighting style. Dominate the battlefield with Kuze's slick boxing moves, carve up foes with Nishitani's dagger strikes, fight from a distance as Vengeful Otake, or unleash powerful scythe swings as Red Lip Yamamoto! Pressing the A button allows you to perform a special attack unique to each character. Some will break an opponent's guard or even turn objects on the ground into weapons.

Characters also excel in different stats, so find the character that best complements your playing

style.

Use the money you earn in raids to level up your fighters and take on more challenging missions! Every character has the ability to use Red Light Rage Mode. Once the fist icon in the upper-left corner of the screen starts glowing, you can activate it to boost your attack speed and knockdown resistance. On top of that, your health won't drop to zero—so go wild and unleash mayhem while it's active!

Use Each Stage's Unique Environment to Your Advantage

In Red Light Raid, you'll be able to revisit familiar spots from Yakuza 0 as you take on missions, such as Dojima Family Headquarters and Carabet Grand, the establishment where Majima rose to prominence.

The key to victory isn't just slugging it out—pay attention to the distinct terrain of each stage. Lure enemies into Kamurocho's narrow alleys to take them out in one fell swoop or use the spacious layout of stages like the Tojo Clan Headquarters to pick off enemies from a distance.
